Conor advises clients on political and policy issues, with a particular focus on financial services, crypto, macroeconomics and the UK Labour Party.
Before joining Flint, Conor worked at HM Treasury on the UK's future relationship with the EU. He was a UK policy lead on financial services during negotiations on the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement and on the Memorandum of Understanding for regulatory cooperation.
During his time at Flint, Conor has supported clients in navigating complex policy and regulatory initiatives, such as the Financial Services and Markets Bill and MiCA, alongside advising on political developments and engagement. He has worked for a range of corporate and investor clients and has advises several clients on Labour and trade union-related issues.
Prior to that, Conor worked at the Bank of England as an analyst within the Capital Markets Division. He has a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and previously stood as a Labour candidate for his local Council.
