Profile

Prior to joining Flint, Cilla worked as a Senior Account Executive at a Dutch policy monitoring company, supporting clients across sectors including life sciences, energy and media.

She has also been active in international policy organisations, including the Organisation des Jeunes pour l'Union Européenne et Africaine and IAAS, contributing to policy reports, position papers and international policy discussions.

Cilla has completed an MSc in Law and Society at Leiden Law School In the Netherlands. She holds a BA in International Studies from Leiden University.
