Prior to joining Flint, Chiara worked as Marketing and Events Executive at Wildflower Turf Ltd where she was instrumental in developing initiatives that drove significant engagement and business growth.

Chiara holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and has a keen interest in sustainability, with past experiences in supporting the development of sustainable strategies within the Swedish defence sector.

Fluent in English, Italian, Swedish and Spanish, Chiara is passionate about fostering cross-cultural communication and expanding global collaborations.
