Charlie supports clients on policy, political and commercial strategy. He draws on experience advising on major infrastructure projects and developing economic strategies for local authorities.

Before joining Flint, Charlie worked at an economics advisory firm where he advised investors, developers and public bodies on infrastructure, urban development and local economic policy. His work involved interpreting complex evidence, navigating planning and policy considerations and presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Charlie holds a BA in History and Ancient History from the University of Exeter and an MSc in International Development from the University of Manchester.
