Cathelijn advises clients on political, policy and regulatory developments in the Netherlands. She helps organisations understand what is coming their way, translate it into a clear position, and engage effectively with policymakers, regulators and other stakeholders.

Before joining Flint, Cathelijn worked at Brabers in The Hague, where she was counsel and adviser on policy and public affairs to associations in highly regulated sectors. She advised on legislative proposals and regulatory change, and engaged with ministries, regulators and sector partners. Her work combined legal and policy analysis with stakeholder management and internal alignment, aligning boards and members around a shared position and keeping complex dossiers moving from position to result.

Cathelijn holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Law and Politics of International Security, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
