Carmen Jurado is a consultant specialising in technology regulation, data protection, and cybersecurity compliance. Before joining Flint, she was a Legal Trainee at the European Data Protection Board and previously worked as a Cybersecurity Compliance and Risk Management Consultant at Deloitte Madrid, advising organisations on regulatory compliance and risk governance.

Carmen is a qualified lawyer in Spain. She holds a dual BA in International Studies and Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and an LLM in IP and ICT Law from KU Leuven, with a strong academic focus on digital regulation and emerging technologies.
