Bianca is an HR Business Partner supporting Flint's people function across multiple European offices. 

Prior to joining Flint, Bianca worked in HR and talent acquisition roles across international organisations in the consulting, legal and fintech sectors. 

Her areas of expertise include employee relations, talent acquisition, HR compliance, organisational change, and diversity and inclusion, with a focus on developing effective people processes and supporting a positive employee experience.
