Benjamin advises clients on EU policy, regulatory, and political developments with a focus on financial services.

Benjamin joined Flint from the French Treasury, where he supported work with European multilateral development banks. Prior to this, he worked at the European Commission’s DG ECFIN, focusing on EU investment programmes and venture capital markets.

Benjamin holds master’s degrees from the London School of Economics (LSE) and SOAS, University of London, and a BSc in Economics and Politics completed in Singapore.
