Andrew joins Flint from the Cabinet Office, where he was a senior policy advisor in the Government’s Covid-19 Task Force. He previously worked as private secretary to the Vaccines Minister and the Business & Industry Minister, as well as on nuclear energy policy in the Business Department.
Before joining the civil service, Andrew worked for think tanks in London and Johannesburg, and spent time in New Orleans with a capital defence unit. He holds an LLM in Public International Law from the London School of Economics and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh.
