Andrew provides advice on policy and regulatory developments across a range of sectors, including tech and digital, energy and the creative industries.
Before joining Flint, Andrew held a number of policy and advisory roles in Government – including the Cabinet Office, Business Department, and as a ministerial private secretary. Andrew previously worked for think tanks in London and Johannesburg and spent time in New Orleans with a capital defence unit representing men and women on death row. He holds an LLM in Public International Law from LSE and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh.
