Alison Gaskins specialises in creating and leading internal capabilities and teams for professional services and corporate businesses.  

Alison joins Flint from the global consulting firm Baringa where she spent 7 years as COO responsible for establishing and leading internal services that enabled strategy execution and profitable growth across the business. 

From 2006 to 2018 Alison worked for Barclays in a number of COO and Chief of Staff roles which focused on high quality service delivery and outcomes as well as commercial effectiveness.  Prior to Barclays Alison was a consultant with Accenture for 8 years.
