Alex will joint Flint as CFO from July 2026.

Alex Panayi specialises in leading financial strategy and building high-performing finance functions within global professional services and private equity-backed businesses. 

‌After studying at the London School of Economics and qualifying as a chartered accountant at KPMG, Alex spent more than 20 years working for large multinational publicly listed organisations, including Thorn EMI, BAA and Lendlease.   

More recently Alex has held senior finance positions including CFO roles in large private equity backed businesses.  This includes time at global sustainability consultancy ERM, global pharma strategic consultancy Prescient Healthcare Group and at Unispace, a global property strategy, design and project management business.
