With over 18 years experience supporting senior leadership in complex, international organisations across UK and France, Virginia has developed strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach to supporting teams at all level.

Before joining Flint Global, Virginia worked as an Executive Assistant at Global Counsel, where she supported the CEO, Managing Directors and the wider team.

Prior to this, Virginia held EA roles at Spayne Lindsey, an independent M&A adviser, as well as the Private Equity The Abraaj Group and Credit Agricole Corporate & investment bank.

Virginia began her career as a Personal Assistant at Veolia Environment in France, where she was born and raised.
