Gijs advises clients on Dutch and EU political developments, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs strategies across a range of sectors. 

Before joining Flint, Gijs worked as a public affairs consultant in the Netherlands, where he advised clients in fields including science, cloud computing, and social media. Prior to entering public affairs, he gained experience in communications as both a journalist and at a communications agency. 

Gijs holds an MA in Political History and a BA in History from Leiden University.
