An economist by background, he has worked in the sector for nearly 20 years across consultancy and Government.
Andrew joins Flint Global from boutique consultancy Complete Strategy, where he helped regulated networks develop their business plans for the RIIO-3 price control period, as well as providing advice around the reporting of benefits under existing price control financial incentive mechanisms.
Previously, Andrew worked in the KPMG energy practice for 10 years, advising clients on a range of projects spanning due diligence, assurance, cost benefit analysis, and project and programme management, with a particular focus on the energy transition and industrial decarbonisation. He started his career as an economist in the UK Government, working on the implementation of renewable electricity subsidy mechanisms under the Government’s Electricity Market Reform package.
