Conor advises clients on regulatory, policy and economic issues with a focus on financial services. He is based in London.

Conor joined Flint Global from Forefront Advisers, where he was a Director covering UK politics, digital assets and emerging technology. He previously was a Manager at Flint, where he worked on financial services and digital assets across the UK, EU and APAC. Before that, he worked at HM Treasury on the UK’s future relationship with the EU and within the Bank of England’s Capital Markets Division. He holds a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Oxford.
