Flint Global acquires Considerati Public Affairs, building a leading position in the Netherlands

First international acquisition; Significant expansion of the firm’s presence in the Netherlands and reinforcement of its European capabilities

Flint Global, the international regulatory and policy advisory firm, today announces the acquisition of Considerati Public Affairs, a leading advisory business in the Netherlands.

The transaction brings Considerati Public Affairs' Amsterdam-based practice and its Brussels-based team into Flint Global, strengthening the firm’s presence in the Dutch and EU markets. It also marks a significant milestone in Flint Global's international growth strategy as the firm extends its reach across Europe.

The addition of Considerati's highly regarded team creates one of the largest independent advisory businesses in the Netherlands. Clients will benefit from enhanced local capabilities alongside direct access to Flint’s multidisciplinary teams across Europe and Asia, spanning policy, regulation, competition, trade and geopolitics.

As part of the transaction, Bart Pegge, Considerati Public Affairs’ Managing Director, will join Flint Global as a Partner and member of its leadership team. He will lead the firm's Dutch operations alongside Arjen Leemburg, Partner and Head of Office, Johan Keetelaar, Partner, and Marie Louise Leijh-Smit, Specialist Partner.
