Ben is a member of the Markets and Investor Advisory Practice, advising investors and asset managers on managing political and regulatory risk. He is based in London.
Ben joined Flint after successful spells in both the public and private sector. He began his career in the UK Civil Service and spent seven years at HM Treasury. During that time, he worked on a broad range of macroeconomic policy and international financial issues. He also spent two years running the office of the Chief Economic Adviser to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, working closely with Ministers and senior officials from across UK Government. He joined Daiwa Securities in 2003, initially as part of their macroeconomic research team before subsequently moving into Fixed Income Sales. Ben came to Flint with over fifteen years of experience in global Debt and Capital markets during which time he worked closely with a broad range of major borrowers and investors from around the world.
