Andrew leads Flint’s work on leadership and organisational change, working with boards and executive teams of companies across a range of sectors. He brings particular expertise to governance and leadership issue in organisations which face complex regulatory or political challenges.

Andrew has over 30 years experience at senior levels working in government, the EU and the private sector. He works with Boards to facilitate complex strategy issues, coaches leaders and senior teams and leads Flint’s work on Board and governance reviews.

Previously Andrew was a Director at Stanton Marris and a Partner at Towers Perrin/Kinsley Lord, two leading professional services firms in the field of leadership and change. He started his career in the UK Civil Service, where he worked for two Home Secretaries and also in the office of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
