Zac advises clients on political issues and policy analysis, specialising in emerging technologies and the UK-China relationship.
Before joining Flint, Zac worked in Westminster as a Parliamentary Researcher, advising the Chairs of both the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee and the Liaison Committee. He also helped develop policy in Boris Johnson's 2019 leadership campaign.
