Thomas Grandjouan

Thomas advises clients on EU political and policy developments across a range of sectors, with a focus on technology, cybersecurity and competition. He is based in Brussels.

Before joining Flint, Thomas directed the advocacy activities of a European NGO specialised in cybersecurity where he developed recommendations for the EU institutions on how to tackle disinformation, and chaired a working group of 60 civil society organisations dedicated to EU digital policies. Prior to that, he managed the technology team of a leading public affairs consultancy in Brussels, advising international companies, trade associations and NGOs on their engagement with the EU institutions. During his time in Brussels, he has worked across a range of policies related to digital services, platform economy, data flows, digital tax, telecoms, and IT infrastructure. He has experience working in the European Parliament and holds a MA in EU law, politics, and economics from Sciences Po.
