Tessel is up to date with the latest developments and advises clients on making strategic choices in the field of stakeholder management in the Netherlands. She specialises in issues related to the digitalisation of the public sector, particularly healthcare and education. 

Before joining Considerati in 2022, Tessel completed an internship at Public Matters, a public affairs consultancy based in The Hague. She also worked part-time as an internal and external communications adviser at NautaDutilh. 

Tessel holds a Master's degree in Dutch Language and Literature (MA) and a Master's degree in Political Communication (MSc). For her master's thesis, she researched the strategic communication of outgoing government ministers.
