Based in Paris, Quentin helps clients navigate France’s political environment and make the most of French policy and regulatory developments.
Before joining Flint, Quentin was Director at public affairs and corporate communications agency, where he advised clients in the healthcare, agri-food, energy, and transport industries on their political and media engagement.
Quentin started his career at the public affairs practice of Grayling in Brussels, where he mainly followed EU transport, manufacturing, and trade policies.
Quentin holds a master’s degree in European Affairs from Aix-en-Provence Institute of Political Studies. He also graduated from Paris 2 Assas University, where he studied French Business and Tax law. As part of his studies, he did an academic exchange at the University of Toronto, where he studied EU and Chinese contemporary politics.
