Before joining Flint, Phoebe was the Senior Personal Assistant for the CEO and Chairman’s Office at Ofgem.
Prior to Ofgem, she worked for the Cabinet Office and N0.10 for the Cabinet Secretary, Leader of the House of Commons, Lord President of the Council and the Prime Ministers Communication team.
