Pepe supports clients on EU political issues and policy analysis across a range of sectors, with a focus on digital and sustainability. He is based in Brussels.
Before Flint, Pepe worked at leading micro-mobility startup Voi Technology, where he coordinated Public Policy initiatives across Spain, Italy, Belgium, and France. He engaged and led partnerships with public and private stakeholders, with a view to shaping the perception of e-scooters, regulation, and tenders. Prior to that, he co-founded and directed IE Internal Short Film Festival, where he led External Affairs, and also gained internship experience at the Spanish Permanent Representation to the EU and at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Pepe holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London and a Dual Degree in Law and International Relations from IE University in Madrid. Pepe is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
