Liam leads Flint’s Dublin office. He is a Flint partner and supports clients on policy, political and regulatory issues in Ireland, the UK and the EU.
Liam is an expert on Irish policy and global healthcare. He has 25 years of experience advising governments and multinational corporations on a range of policy areas including healthcare, pharmaceuticals and trade. He has designed and delivered political campaign strategies at a national and EU level.
Most recently, Liam led the global policy team of a major multinational and advised on geopolitical risk factors. Previously, he was a Special Adviser to the Irish Government and also served as CEO of a national children’s charity in Ireland. He had worked as Political and Economic adviser with the US Department of State and advised several US Ambassadors in Ireland.
Liam is completing his Chartered Directorship with the Institute of Directors and serves on the Board of a national disability charity. He holds a Master's Degree in Economics and a Diploma in Company Direction.
