Katie leads Flint’s business in Australia. She advises corporates and investors on Australian politics, policy and regulation, and is also the Asia regional lead for Flint’s global geopolitics team.

Katie joined Flint at the firm’s London headquarters in 2021, where she worked with clients on complex cross-border issues including M&A, geopolitics, international regulation and trade. Before joining Flint, she spent more than 15 years with the Australian Government. This included roles across central agencies in Canberra, such as whole-of-government coordination of the federal Budget and legislative processes, as well as postings to Australian diplomatic missions in Manila, Kabul and London.

Earlier in her career, Katie worked at the UN’s regional headquarters in Bangkok and with remote Indigenous communities in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
