Felix advises clients on UK political issues and policy analysis.
Prior to joining Flint, Felix worked in the Home Office’s Homeland Security Group, in counter-terrorism policy and as a private secretary to the Security Minister. This involved providing policy and legislative advice on economic crime, cyber crime, anti-corruption, and Russian sanctions regimes. Felix has also worked operationally as a detective in London's Metropolitan Police, and as a policy adviser in the Ministry of Defence and in the Department of Health’s COVID-19 Antivirals Taskforce.
Felix has a BA in politics and international relations from the University of Cambridge, with a specialisation in US and Chinese foreign policy and political economy.
