Etaine supports clients on a range of policy and regulatory issues, primarily working with financial services providers and investors. While based in London, Etaine is also a member of the Flint France team and advises on French regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Flint, Etaine was an Associate Economist at the Financial Conduct Authority and at the Payment Systems Regulator where she worked on a wide range of retail and wholesale policies - contributing to the development of regulatory frameworks for the New Payments Architecture and the funeral plans market. She also acted as topic lead for the FCA's contribution to the Financial Policy Committee.
She has a Master’s in Economics, having studied at the University of Glasgow and Birkbeck College.
