MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

Flint Global Ltd and its affiliates ("Flint", "we", "us", "our") have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are fully committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our operation and supply chain. Flint unequivocally commits not to intentionally engage with any entity or individual that has any association with slavery or human trafficking.

This statement is made by Flint pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act, and it serves as our modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2022. This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Flint Global Limited and will be reviewed and published annually.

OUR BUSINESS and SUPPLY CHAINS

Flint is an advisory firm providing tailored solutions and services to clients across various sectors. Our Headquarters are in London, with offices in Brussels, Paris, Dublin, Hong Kong and a global network of staff and advisers. Across our offices, we pride ourselves on our ethical approach to business, maintaining strong corporate governance, transparency, and accountability.

Our supply chains include a range of partners, from professional service providers to technology vendors. We have not been made aware of any allegations of human trafficking/slavery activities against any of our suppliers, but if we were, we would act immediately to report the allegation to the authorities. To ensure all parties in the chain uphold our commitment to eliminating modern slavery, we adopt a stringent procurement process. We verify the practices of any new company before accepting them as a supplier.

OUR POLICY ON MODERN SLAVING AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our actions and operations. We expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers, and business partners. We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking and expect those who we engage with to comply with our values.

RISK AND DUE DILIGENCE

We regularly assess the risks that we may face in our operations and supply chain. Flint is implementing appropriate controls and safeguards to ensure that such risks are managed effectively.
Flint has in place systems to:

  • Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
  • Protect whistleblowers.

AWARENESS, PERFORMANCE AND REVIEW

We understand the importance of raising awareness of the risks of modern slavery. To this end, we provide training to our staff to ensure an understanding of the risks of modern slavery in our business and supply chains. Further, our internal policies aim to ensure a safe, productive workplace and foster accountability at all levels. We actively encourage employees to voice any compliance concerns to management.

Any incident of modern slavery uncovered within our operations or supply chains would be considered a violation and breach. Flint is confident its defined indicators and controls combat modern slavery and human trafficking in our organisation and supply chain.
