Flint bolsters Brussels offer

01 Jan, 1970

Flint has taken a significant step in expanding its Brussels offer, with five new EU regulatory experts joining the firm, particularly in EU financial services. “The additional hires result from increased client demand for Flint’s regulatory and policy advice in Brussels at the EU level”, said Gregor Kreuzhuber, Managing Director of Flint in Europe.

Fiona Wright, former EU financial services lead at Brunswick, will join Flint in Brussels as third partner next to Gregor Kreuzhuber and Daniel Brinkwerth. Fiona will advise Flint’s clients on EU political, policy, and regulatory issues, including financial services, ESG, and climate policy. Her two decades of experience include nine years of leading roles in a Brussels consultancy. She began her career as a political scientist in the US where she was awarded fellowships to both the Brookings Institute, and the U.S. Senate.

In addition, Flint has added four seasoned EU experts to its roster in Brussels.

  • Julia Quintella is an expert in EU food and consumer legislation. Before joining Flint, Julia worked as Policy Manager at the World Federation of Advertisers.
  • Thomas Grandjouan is an expert in EU digital regulation. He returns to consulting after working for NGO EU Disinfo Lab.
  • Zach Burnside specializes in EU health and digital issues. He joins Flint from FTI.
  • Federico de Benedetto specializes in EU financial services regulation. Previously he worked for the financial services firm CBI.
