What we do

Leadership and organisational change

Flint has a wealth of experience working at the top of large, global organisations helping leaders set direction and think through big decisions. Many of the issues leaders face are a complex web of politics, strategy, commercial imperatives, relationships and personalities. We know how to navigate through these.

Many companies face organisational challenges posed by external turbulence and politics. We help business leaders to manage change so that they can respond to these challenges and ensure their organisations are structured in the most effective way to deliver their public policy priorities.
